We have included this product in this section as well as the Casa dolce casa section. It is one of those rare products where the copy, by recreating an archtypical Apulian limestone and at the same time resisting the temptation to mimic geological imperfections, is actually preferable to the real thing: all the mellowness without any of the inevitable natural veining.
